Preparatory Meeting for Joint Implementation Coordination Meeting (JICM) has been held in NRPC, Nay Pyi Taw since 10 August. The meeting takes two days.

Vice-Chairman, Union Attorney-General U Tun Tun Oo and NCA-S EAO Negotiation Team Leader Col. Sai Ngern delivered the opening remarks respectively.

Col. Sai Ngern, the Leader of NCA-S EAO Negotiation Team, Comrade Myo Win, the Coordinator and the Negotiation Team members, Comrade Hla Htay, Saw Mra Raza Linn, Dr. Lian Hmung Sakhong, Salai Thla Hei, Col. Saw Sein Win, Padoh Saw Tah Doh Moo, Padoh Saw Eh K'lu Say, Col. Saw Kyaw Nyunt, Col. Solomon, Nai Ong Ma-Nge, Khun Myint Tun, Dr. Sai Oo and Ja Nan Lahtaw (also facilitator) and Dr. Saw Thant Zin as the technical advisors, have been attending the meeting.

Representatives of the government at the meeting were Vice-Chairman of NRPC and Union Attorney-General U Tun Tun Oo, Lt-Gen Yar Pyae, LtGen Min Naung and Lt-Gen Tin Maung Win from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army), Peace Commission Secretary and Retired Lt-Gen Khin Zaw Oo, Pyithu Hluttaw representative U Pyone Cho (a) U Htay Win Aung, Peace Commission advisory board members U Hla Maung Shwe and U Moe Zaw Oo and Director-General U Zaw Htay of the Ministry of the Office of the State Counsellor.

JICM  အကြိုညှိနှိုင်းအစည်းအဝေးတွင် ပြောကြားသည့် NCA-S EAO ညှိနှိုင်းရေးအဖွဲ့ခေါင်းဆောင် ဗိုလ်မှူးကြီး စိုင်းငင်း၏ နှုတ်ခွန်းဆက် အမှာစကား

၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ်၊ သြဂုတ်လ (၁၀)ရက်

JICM အကြိုညှိနှိုင်းအစည်းအဝေးသို့ တက်ရောက်လာကြတဲ့ နှစ်ဖက်ခေါင်းဆောင်များအားလုံး မင်္ဂလာပါ လို့ နှုတ်ခွန်းဆက်သပါတယ်။

၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇန်နဝါရီလ(၈)ရက်မှာ ကျင်းပခဲ့တဲ့ (၈)ကြိမ်မြောက် JICM အစည်းအဝေးမှ ပစ်ခတ်တိုက်ခိုက်မှု ရပ်စဲရေးဆိုင်ရာကိစ္စရပ်များ၊ ပစ်ခတ်တိုက် ခိုက်မှုရပ်စဲရေး ခိုင်မာအောင် လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း၊ ကြားကာလအတွင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ရမယ့် အစီအစဉ်များ၊ NCA အကောင်အထည်ဖော်မှုဆိုင်ရာ မူဘောင်သ ဘောတူညီချက်၊ ၂၀၂၀ အလွန် အဆင့်လိုက်လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များနှင့် အဆင့်လိုက်အကောင်အထည်ဖော်မှုများ၊ ဖက်ဒရယ်အခြေခံမူများ ပါဝင်တဲ့ ပြည်ထောင် စုငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးညီလာခံ- (၂၁)ရာစုပင်လုံ စတုတ္ထ အစည်းအဝေးမှာ ချုပ်ဆိုမယ့် ပြည်ထောင် စုသဘောတူစာချုပ် အစိတ်အပိုင်း (၃) ချုပ်ဆိုနိုင်ရေး၊ (၂၁) ရာစုပင်လုံ စတုတ္ထ အစည်းအဝေး အောင်မြင်စွာ ကျင်းပရေး၊ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်မှာ  EAO များ ပိုမို ပါဝင်လာရေး စတဲ့အကြောင်းအရာတွေကို ဆုံး ဖြတ်ချ မှတ် အတည်ပြုပေးခဲ့တာ အားလုံးအသိပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

အဲဒီဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်ကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဖို့ နှစ်ဖက်ခေါင်းဆောင်တွေက မိမိတို့ နှစ်ဖက်ညှိနှိုင်းရေးအဖွဲ့တွေကို တာဝန်ပေးအပ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ နှစ်ဖက်ညှိ နှိုင်းရေးအဖွဲ့တွေက ၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ်၊ နှစ်ဦးပိုင်းကစလို့ ညှိနှိုင်းအစည်းအ ဝေးများကို စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် ဆောင်ရွက်လာခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ သြဂုတ်လ (၄၊ ၅) ရက် ညှိနှိုင်းအစည်းအဝေးအထိ မျှတတဲ့ ရလဒ်ကောင်းတွေကို ရရှိခဲ့ပါတယ်။

ဒီJICM အကြိုညှိနှိုင်းအစည်းအဝေးမှာ နှစ်ဖက်ညှိနှိုင်းရေးအဖွဲ့တွေက ညှိနှိုင်းလို့ မပြီးပြတ်သေးတဲ့ အကြောင်း အရာတွေကို ဆက်လက်ညှိနှိုင်းသွားမှာ ဖြစ်သလို ပြည်ထောင်စုသဘောတူစာချုပ် အစိတ်အပိုင်း (၃)ကိစ္စ၊ ပြည် ထောင်စု ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးညီလာခံ- (၂၁)ရာစုပင်လုံ စတုတ္ထအစည်းအဝေး  ဆိုင်ရာ ကိစ္စရပ်များနဲ့ (၉)ကြိမ်မြောက် JICM အစည်းအဝေးအတွက် ပြင်ဆင်မှုများကို ဆွေးနွေးညှိနှိုင်းမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဒီနေ့အစည်းအဝေးဟာ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အတွက် အလွန်အရေးပါသလို ပြည်ထောင်စုသား ပြည်သူလူ ထုတစ်ရပ်လုံးအတွက်လည်း အရေးကြီးတဲ့ အစည်းအဝေးဖြစ်လို့ JICM အစည်းအဝေး ကျင်းပနိုင်ရေး ကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ပြင်ဆင်မှုတွေ၊ အစီအစဉ်တွေကို ဆွေးနွေးညှိနှိုင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးကြပါလို့ တိုက်တွန်းပါတယ်။ အားလုံးကို ကျေးဇူးတင်ရှိပါတယ်။
