Government and NCA-S EAO have held 7th Negotiation Meeting at National Reconciliation and Peace Center in Nay Pyi Taw since this morning.The meeting takes two days.

Col. Sai Ngern, the Leader of NCA-S EAO Negotiation Team, Comrade Myo Win, the Coordinator and the Negotiation Team members, Comrade Hla Htay, Saw Mra Raza Linn, Dr. Lian Hmung Sakhong, Salai Thla Hei, Col. Saw Sein Win, Padoh Saw Eh K'lu Say, Col. Saw Kyaw Nyunt, Col. Solomon, Nai Ong Ma-Nge, Khun Myint Tun, Dr. Sai Oo and Ja Nan Lahtaw (also facilitator) and Dr. Saw Thant Zin as the technical advisors, have been attending the meeting.

Representatives of the government at the meeting were Vice-Chairman of NRPC and Union Attorney-General U Tun Tun Oo, Lt-Gen Yar Pyae, LtGen Min Naung and Lt-Gen Tin Maung Win from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army), Peace Commission Secretary and Retired Lt-Gen Khin Zaw Oo, Pyithu Hluttaw representative U Pyone Cho (a) U Htay Win Aung, Peace Commission advisory board members U Hla Maung Shwe and U Moe Zaw Oo and Director-General U Zaw Htay of the Ministry of the Office of the State Counsellor.

Vice-Chairman, Union Attorney-General U Tun Tun Oo and NCA-S EAO Negotiation Team Leader Col. Sai Ngern delivered the opening remarks respectively.

NCA-S EAO’s Peace Process Steering Team (PPST) Meeting will be held from 6 to 7 August in Nay Pyi Taw.

သတ္တမအကြိမ်မြောက် အစိုးရနှင့် NCA-S EAO ညှိနှိုင်းအစည်းအဝေးတွင် ပြောကြားသည့် NCA-S EAO ညှိနှိုင်းရေးအဖွဲ့၊ အဖွဲ့ခေါင်းဆောင် ဗိုလ်မှူးကြီး စိုင်းငင်း၏ နှုတ်ခွန်းဆက် အမှာစကား

၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ်၊ သြဂုတ်လ (၄)ရက်

လေးစားအပ်ပါသော အစိုးရနှင့် NCA-S EAO  ညှိနှိုင်းအစည်းအဝေးသို့ တက်ရောက်လာကြတဲ့ နှစ်ဖက်ခေါင်းဆောင်များ၊ အဖွဲ့ဝင်များအားလုံးကို မင်္ဂလာအပေါင်းနဲ့ ပြည့်စုံပါစေလို့ ဦးစွာ နှုတ်ခွန်းဆက်သအပ်ပါတယ်။

(၈)ကြိမ်မြောက် JICM ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်များ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရေး၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး ညီလာခံ- (၂၁)ရာစု ပင်လုံ စတုတ္ထ အ စည်းအဝေး အောင်မြင်စွာ ကျင်းပနိုင်ရေးနဲ့ ပြည်ထောင်စုသဘောတူစာချုပ် အစိတ်အပိုင်း(၃) ချုပ်ဆိုနိုင်ရေးတို့အတွက် မိမိတို့ နှစ်ဖက်ညှိနှိုင်းရေးအဖွဲ့ တွေဟာ ၂၀၂၀ နှစ်ဦးပိုင်းက စလို့ ယခုအချိန်အထိ ဆွေးနွေးညှိနှိုင်းမှုအစည်းအဝေးတွေကို စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပြီး ရလဒ်ကောင်းများကို လည်း ယူဆောင်ပေးနိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

ပြည်ထောင်စုငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး ညီလာခံ- ၂၁ ရာစု ပင်လုံ စတုတ္ထအစည်းအဝေးကို သြဂုတ်လ တတိယပတ် ကျင်းပမှာဖြစ်လို့ ဒီနှစ်ရက်တာ အစည်းအဝေးမှာ ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ မိမိတို့နှစ်ဖက်ညှိနှိုင်းအစည်းအဝေးက ချန်ထားခဲ့တဲ့ ဆက် လက်ညှိနှိုင်းဖို့အချက်တွေကို သဘောတူညီချက်ရရှိအောင်  ညှိနှိုင်းဆွေးနွေးသွားဖို့ရှိ ပါတယ်။

ပြည်ထောင်စုသဘောတူစာချုပ် အစိတ်အပိုင်း(၃)မှာ ထည့်သွင်းချုပ်ဆိုမယ့်အကြောင်းအရာများ၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး ညီလာခံ- ၂၁ရာစု ပင်လုံ စတုတ္ထအစည်းအဝေး ကျင်းပရေးဆိုင်ရာကိစ္စရပ်များ၊ ညီလာခံနဲ့ ဆက်စပ်အစည်းအဝေးများ ကျင်းပရေးနဲ့ ပတ်သက်တဲ့ အသေးစိတ်အချက်အလက်များ ကို ဆက်လက် ညှိနှိုင်းဆွေး နွေးသွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဒီအစည်းအဝေးက ရရှိလာတဲ့ရလဒ်တွေကို  မိမိတို့ NCA-S EAO ညှိနှိုင်းရေးအဖွဲ့အနေနဲ့ လာမယ့် သြဂုတ်လ (၆၊ ၇)ရက်တွေမှာကျင်းပတဲ့ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်ဦးဆောင်အဖွဲ့ (PPST) အစည်းအဝေးထံ တင်ပြပြီး အ တည်ပြုချက် ရယူနိုင်ရေး ဆောင်ရွက်သွားဖို့  ရှိပါတယ်။

သြဂုတ်လ (၁၀၊ ၁၁)ရက်တွေမှာ ကျင်းပမယ့် JICM အစည်းအဝေး ပြင်ဆင်ရေးအစည်းအဝေးမှတဆင့် သြဂုတ်လ (၁၃)ရက်မှာ ကျင်းပမယ့် JICM အ စည်းအဝေးမှာ နှစ်ဖက်ညှိနှိုင်းရေးအဖွဲ့တွေရဲ့ ညှိနှိုင်းရေးအစည်းအဝေး ရလဒ်ဖြစ်တဲ့  ပြည်ထောင်စုသဘောတူစာချုပ် အစိတ်အပိုင်း(၃)မှာ ထည့်သွင်း ချုပ်ဆိုမယ့် အကြောင်းအရာ များကို နှစ်ဖက်ခေါင်းဆောင်အကြီးအကဲများက အပြီးသတ် အတည်ပြုပေးသွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဒီနှစ်ရက်တာ ညှိနှိုင်းအစည်းအဝေးမှာ ရလဒ်ကောင်းများရရှိအောင် ဝိုင်းဝန်းကြိုးပမ်း ညှိနှိုင်းဆွေးနွေးပေးကြပါလို့ တိုက်တွန်းရင်း နိဂုံးချုပ်ပါတယ်။ အားလုံးကို ကျေးဇူးတင်ရှိပါတယ်။
