Description

9th Joint Implementing Coordination Meeting was started in the morning of 13 August and successfully ended in the early afternoon.

The meeting was also attended by State Counsellor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, as  the Chairperson of National Reconciliation and Peace Centre, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services and Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice Senior General Soe Win and the representatives from Government, Hluttaw and Tatmadaw.

At the NCA-S EAO side, Peace Process Steering Team (PPST) Acting Leader General Yawd Serk, Col. Hkun Okker, Pu Zing Cung, Nai Hong Sar, Comrade Than Khe, Gen. Saw Mo Shay, Padoh Saw Tah Doh Moo, Dr. Naw Ka Paw Htoo, Saw Mra Raza Linn (on behalf of ALP Vice Chairman Khaing Soe Naing Aung) and Kya Khun Sar attended the meeting.
