5th Workshop for Women’s Leadership in Peace Process regarding Security Sector Reform, organized by NCA-S EAO, is being held in Yangon from 26 to 30 September 2019.

On behalf of Comrade Mi Suu Pwint, the Coordinator of WLPP, Nan Yin Yin Soe, a member of PNLO’s Central Committee delivered an opening address. And then Dr. Lian H. Sakhong delivered an opening speech as an honorable speaker.

At this workshop, Daw Khin Ma Ma Myo, the founder and the director of Myanmar Institute of Peace & Security Studies, will have been discussing the security sector reform. The women representatives of 10 NCA-S EAO are attending this workshop. The workshop will be held till 30 September.
